COVID-19 Response - A Letter from Our CEO

March 25, 2020

To Our Valued Customers,

All of us at evo hope that this note finds you and your families in good health. The COVID-19 pandemic is testing us all in unimaginable ways, from changing our daily lives to the shifting health of the world and economy. As we all move through this together, we want you to know the steps we are taking to be there for our community.

First thank you, our loyal customers, for your continued support. We would not be here today without you.

Over the last 20 years, we have weathered many storms and while on this journey, we have worked tirelessly to honor and always do the right thing for our employees, customers, vendors and non-profit partners. Our focus on community has been woven into our DNA since founding evo out of my garage in 2001 and is central today as we stand together through the COVID-19 pandemic.

Throughout this crisis, we continue to sustain support for local causes.

We continue to be committed to the long-term support of our closest non-profit partners and have made emergency investments in our local COVID Relief funds which will be distributed to the most vulnerable in our communities.

Supporting our evo Warehouse and Customer Care employees

We are putting the well-being of our employees and the community first and have implemented entirely new protocols in our warehouse to adhere to social distancing and COVID-19 best practices. Thank you for your patience in the case that your order is delayed for a short period of time. Delays will be a maximum of 48 hours. Similar to our HQ team, our entire customer care team has moved out of our office and are working remote in response to COVID-19 best practices. Thank you for your patience as there may be small wait times for our customer care team.

Eternally grateful for your support,

Bryce

To all evo customers and the extended evo family,

Community is at the core of everything that we do. The inspiration to bring people together with shared passions is why I started evo in my garage in 2001, and it remains central to our existence today. Community has never been more important than it is now, as we all navigate these uncertain times together.

Our community is our number one priority, both our loyal customers and the dedicated members of our evo team. In light of the changing developments with COVID-19 , we have made the decision to temporarily close our US and Canadian stores until March 29th.

These stores include: Seattle including All Together Skate Park, Portland, Denver and Whistler.

This is a rapidly changing situation and we will continue to adapt our policies to the changing requirements and best practices to support our community. We will continue to pay all employees for hours they were scheduled to work.

Customers pursuing their passions can continue to buy the gear they love on evo.com. Everyone at evo is immensely grateful for your support.

Words can’t express my appreciation for you, our team at evo and everyone else that has been with us through this 19-year journey. While this time will test all of us, it will also be defining as we pull together even more closely, further strengthening the common threads that bond us together.

Sending our best to you and your families,

Bryce
