Cancel an Order
You may be able to cancel your order for a short time after it is placed by following these steps:
- Visit your Order History
- Select the order you’d like to cancel
- Click the ‘Cancel’ button
- This option goes away when the order is too far along to cancel
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking within 48hrs. If your item does not work out we can help you with a return and/or new order.
