Ship to Store

If you live near one of our U.S. Store Locations, you can ship your order to one of our stores instead of having it sent to your home address. Shipping is always free for store pickups.  

Here’s how it works: 
  • Choose “Ship to store” and select a location. 
  • Wait for an email confirming your item(s) is ready for pickup. If you ordered multiple items, it's possible they'll arrive to the store on different days in which case you'll receive email pickup notifications for each shipment.
  • Visit the store with your order number and photo ID to retrieve your item(s). 
  • Your order will be held for 30 days from the date of purchase. If additional time is needed, please let us know in advance.

Special Cases:
  • We're unable to offer ship to store for Freight Items at this time. 
  • Bike orders may take up to 5 additional business days for build time and processing before getting shipped to the store for pickup. 
  • Preorder items are subject to the estimated product arrival date
