Freight and Oversized Shipping

Some products require special processing and shipping arrangements. Pricing is set by product type and shipping service required. Enter a shipping address in Checkout to see applicable considerations.

Free Ship to Store

If you live near one of our U.S. Store Locations, you can ship your order to one of our stores instead of having it sent to your home address. Shipping is always free for store pickups.  

Here’s how it works:  
  • Choose “Ship to store” and select a location. 
  • Wait for an email confirming your item(s) is ready for pickup. If you ordered multiple items, it's possible they'll arrive to the store on different days in which case you'll receive email pickup notifications for each shipment.
  • Visit the store with your order number and photo ID to retrieve your item(s). 
  • Your order will be held for 30 days from the date of purchase. If additional time is needed, please let us know in advance.

Important Details: 

  • Bikes may take up to 5 business days to process and require signature upon delivery. 
  • Freight items cannot be shipped to PO boxes. 
  • If your order contains additional items, they will ship separately.  
  • Freight deliveries require a phone number to coordinate delivery time. You must inspect your item(s) at time of delivery to note any damage on the bill of lading before the truck driver leaves. Do not pay any additional freight charges to the carrier before or after delivery.  
  • Returns: 
    • Oversized Items: View our Return Policy for important information about oversized returns. 
    • Freight Items: You are responsible for return shipping costs. Since freight items require special shipping and handling, please contact Customer Care for more details.
