Nordica Santa Ana 93 Skis - Women's 2023

The Santa Ana line has become something of a cult classic by now. Walk into any ski shop and ask the rippingest woman who works there what her favorite skis are, and you won't have to wait too long for the words "Nordica Santa Ana" to come out of her mouth. They're just so good, and with a wide range of widths available, there's one that right for every set of daily conditions. As the mid skinny option in the lineup, the Nordica Santa Ana 93 Skis are an ideal daily driver for east coast riders or those who tend to find themselves in firmer conditions. They're built around a lightweight wood core, and reinforced with a careful blend of carbon fiber and titanal that makes them exceptionally precise, quick, and powerful snapping off turns edge to edge.

Product Details

Rocker Type

All Mountain RockerSmooth rocker at both tip and tail with camber underfoot provides balanced performance anywhere on the mountain.

Shape

True Tip TechnologyBy trimming the amount of heavy ABS plastic in the tip and extending the lightweight wood core into this area with a tapered shape that further reduces weight, Nordica increase the playfulness and maneuverability while maintaining the classic powerful and stable feel.

Core

Energy 2 TI WRace inspired technology. A women-specific full wood core with a sheet of metal for top end power transmission, torsional stability, and edge grip.

Laminates

Terrain Specific MetalThe size and shape of the Titanal layer is specifically engineered for each ski width, providing stability where you need it and flexibility where you want it.

Sidewalls

Full ABS Sidewalls

Base

Sintered Graphite Base

Atomic Hawx Ultra 95 S W GW Ski Boots - Women's 2023

Subtle improvements make a winner even better in the Atomic Hawx Ultra 95 S W GW Ski Boots. The switch to highly moldable Mimic Gold liners and grippy Gripwalk sole pads are welcome changes that will improve comfort and safety, but the groundswell of approval that's met the Hawx Ultra 95 among skiers of all kinds will be sure to continue. Don't be put off by the nominal "narrow" last, this boot can be made to fit many average width feet remarkably well in the hands of a skilled bootfitter, and the results are worth it.

Product Details

Fit

Last: 98 mmA narrow last suitable for those with narrower than average feet (heat customizable to fit many average width feet).

Memory FitAdvanced heat-fitting technology creates a fully personalized shell, cuff and liner in minutes. The key is Memolink, Atomic's special additive that improves the moldability and stretch of their plastics. Expansion can be up to 6mm forefoot width and up to 10mm ankle width, resulting in a permanent and complete anatomical fit in minutes. See your bootfitter for details.

Women's Specific CuffSpecifically designed for female skiers, this cuff features wider, more fluted calf areas and a shorter cuff height for a secure, comfortable fit.

Flex

Flex: 95A medium-stiff flex for solid power and response.

True FlexAtomic's unique True Flex additive helps PU and Grilamid shells maintain a consistent flex and feel in a wide variety of temperatures.

Liner

Mimic Gold W LinerAtomic's Mimic liners mold remarkably to both the foot and the interior of the boot shell for the utmost in fit and less liner-boot movement.

3M™ Thinsulate™ InsulationKeeps feet warm and responsive even in extremely cold and damp conditions.

ProliteInstead of starting with a standard construction and cutting material away to save weight, Prolite does the opposite. It starts with the slimmest possible profile and then builds up reinforcements in key areas where strength is needed - like the Energy Backbone down each boot spine.

Energy BackboneA reinforced, asymmetric backbone providing extra strength for powerful skiing plus enhanced lateral energy transmission for better edge grip.
