Southern Cascades - Mt. Rainier & Mt. St. Helens Mountain Bike Trail Guide

Washington Mountain Bikers will love the big mountain views and high alpine singletrack of the southern Washington Cascades. From the slopes below Mount Rainier to the Mount St. Helens blast zone, these mountain bike trails are some of the most unique rides in Washington. The 410 Trails near Greenwater, just north of Mount Rainier, offer epic views and fun, flowy singletrack. Meanwhile, the trails at Mount St. Helens provide a total alien mountain biking experience, riding through the desolate area created by the volcano’s 1980 eruption. The pumice and lack of vegetation creates a moon-like atmosphere. Both of these regions have definite bucket list mountain bike trails in Washington.

Where to eBike at Mt. Rainier & Mt. St. Helens?

Ebikes are a great way to get out and cover a ton of trail, and are a ton of fun. However, before setting out on a ride, it's important to check the local rules and regulations regarding where to ride ebikes. Mountain bike trails are built on land under many different land managers. Each of these land managers likely has its own e-bike policy. It's important to know and follow these rules to help ensure continued trail access to mountain bikers and other trail users.
