2025 Ride Deep Fake Snowboard Review

Review Summary

Avg. Tester Rating: ☆☆☆☆☆ (4.33/5)

Our testers put the 2025 Ride Deep Fake through its paces across varied terrains and conditions, and the consensus is clear: this board is a powerhouse. Chris Lovely, riding the 151 cm model, praised its exceptional ability to carve deeply while maintaining a surfy, skate-style control. He noted how the Deep Fake elevated his performance, enhancing his enjoyment of side hits, pow slashes, and deep carves alike.

Trevor Snow, on the 155 cm board, highlighted its responsiveness and smooth transition from edge to edge, which he found particularly enjoyable even in challenging, chunky conditions. He attributed this performance to the board's Metal Slim Wall construction, which absorbs impacts and enhances pop, making it an ideal choice for aggressive, all-mountain riding.

Nicholas Fritchman experienced the Deep Fake as a reliable, if not flashy, companion on the mountain. He appreciated its dependability and straightforward performance, rating it slightly lower but still recognizing its solid capabilities in fast, aggressive riding situations.

In summary, the 2025 Ride Deep Fake is versatile and responsive, making it a favorite among our expert testers who demand performance across the whole mountain. Its construction provides stability and control, ensuring a ride that's both exhilarating and secure.

Carves where it counts, floats when you want it to.

"I'm a 5'8" snowboarder always on the hunt for side hits, pow slashes, trees, + deep carves. The Deep Fake not only helped me find them, but brought out a new level in all of the above. This board puts you in the perfect position to rip a great carve all while putting you in the right position of control for a surfy/ skate style slash."

Built for the aggressive rider that wants to take advantage of the whole mountain in any condition!

"One of the more responsive boards I've had the pleasure of riding! This thing feels amazingly smooth edge to edge and held those turns to get a deep carve. Great dampening and pop that made it fun even in the chunkiest of conditions. I believe that is due to their newer Metal Slim Wall construction which just eats up anything under foot. I want this board as a daily driver!"

good all around board for an aggressive rider

"I'm a pretty competent all mountain rider and the deep fake is like your old faithful. Its gonna do so much stuff well and not give you too much unnecessary pop or flair anywhere. Its not the flashiest board in looks or feel, its gonna get you where you need to go and its gonna hold up if you're doing it fast. Very reliable old steed"
