It is recommended that you arrive at least one hour before closing at 7 PM to pick up any Backcountry Ski and Splitboard rental packages.
Do you rent boots?
No, while we plan on adding this offering to our rental lineup in the future, we do not carry rental boots for the 2020-2021 winter season.Where are you located?
We are located at 200 SE Martin Luther King Jr BLVD. Check-in with one of our hosts upon arrival and we will point you in the right direction.Do you offer multiday rentals?
We offer unlimited multi-day rentals for our backcountry packages. For our Premium ski and snowboard rentals, we only offer a maximum of a two-day rental.
when can I pick up and drop off my rental?
You are able to pick up your rental the day before your intended use and drop it off the day after. Please pick up between 12:00 and 6:30 PM and drop off before 12:00 PM.Can I apply credits from my rental to the purchase of a new ski or snowboard?
Yes. Up to $150 of demo/rental credit may be applied towards current season skis/snowboards and must be redeemed within 30 days of the latest demo/rental. Credit is not applicable to prior model years or used/demo skis and snowboards. Credit is applicable in-store only, excludes online sales.
